Cultivated in Iran's cooler highland orchards, our apples develop a natural blush and crisp bite from wide day-night temperature swings, and are stored in controlled atmosphere for extended freshness. Its longer shelf life makes it well suited to sea freight for more distant export markets, where transit time is measured in weeks rather than days.
