VRF System
New generation of air conditioning
VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems deliver precise, independently controlled cooling and heating to many indoor units from a shared outdoor condensing unit — offering high efficiency, low noise and flexible zoning that suits residential towers, hotels, villas and premium commercial fit-outs. VRF is typically the right choice when different rooms or units need independent temperature control (each tenant or room set separately) without the cost of a full central chiller plant, and when ductwork space or a rooftop unit isn't practical. We handle consulting, design, supply and execution for VRF projects end to end, sizing indoor/outdoor unit combinations to the actual zoning and simultaneous-load requirements of the building.

Choosing and quoting: VRF System
VRF suits buildings with many separate spaces that need individual room control, such as hotels, offices and apartments. Its main advantages are independent control of each unit and flexible installation.
To decide between VRF and a chiller, compare floor area, number of zones and the building's schedule. Read our VRF-or-chiller decision framework and the VRF explainer on the blog.

Frequently asked questions
What is a VRF system?
VRF connects one or more outdoor units to many indoor units and varies the refrigerant flow between them. Each space can have its own temperature and the outdoor unit follows the load.
VRF or chiller?
VRF suits buildings with many zones that need separate control and needs no water piping. A chiller is the more usual choice in larger buildings or where AHUs and fan coils are used. Read the comparison in our “VRF or chiller” guide.
What do you need for a VRF quote?
The building plan or room areas, number of zones, building use, city and the location of the outdoor unit. With this we can propose the capacity and number of indoor units.
