Shipping & Documentation Policy

This page explains how shipping and documentation are generally handled for orders placed with NAD Toseeh Paydar. Specific terms for your order are confirmed individually as part of the quotation process.

Incoterms

NAD can work under several standard Incoterms depending on the order and destination, most commonly EXW, FOB, CIF, and CFR. The applicable Incoterm for your order is agreed in writing before shipment and stated on the commercial invoice.

Standard documentation

Depending on the product category and destination, a shipment is typically accompanied by: commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Agricultural exports additionally include a phytosanitary certificate issued by the relevant national authority. Building material and HVAC shipments include the applicable technical data sheet for the product supplied.

Agricultural export packing standards

Agricultural shipments are packed according to standard practice for the product and destination — for example, UV-stabilized woven bags for bulk produce, or micro-perforated container liners to manage humidity during transit. Specific packing requirements are confirmed with you before shipment.

Customs clearance

For most goods with complete documentation, customs clearance at major ports typically takes a few business days. NAD flags any documentation gaps before a shipment arrives at destination to help avoid delays.

Delays outside our control

Shipping timelines are estimates and can be affected by port congestion, customs processing at destination, or other logistics factors outside NAD's direct control. We communicate any known delays as soon as we are aware of them.
