Quality Policy
Quality control at NAD Toseeh Paydar happens at the sourcing stage, not after a shipment has already left the supplier.
Supplier verification
Before working with a new supplier, NAD reviews their product specifications, manufacturing capability, and — where relevant to the product category — available test reports or certifications for the specific products involved.
Specification confirmation
For every order, NAD confirms the exact technical specification, material grade, and quantity in writing with both the buyer and the supplier before production or shipment begins, to reduce the risk of mismatched expectations.
Pre-shipment inspection
Where agreed as part of an order, NAD coordinates pre-shipment inspection covering visual inspection, quantity verification, packaging condition, and — where applicable — a basic technical check, before the shipment proceeds.
Documentation
NAD provides the documentation package relevant to each order and product category — this may include a Technical Data Sheet, packing list, certificate of origin, or phytosanitary certificate for agricultural exports, depending on what is required for the destination market.
Handling quality issues
If a quality issue is identified after delivery, NAD works with the buyer and the original supplier to investigate the cause and agree on a resolution. [NAD TO CONFIRM: standard claims window and resolution process.]
Continuous improvement
NAD reviews supplier performance on an ongoing basis and prioritizes suppliers with a consistent record of accurate specification and on-time delivery.
