Non-shrink grout for anchor bolts and column bases.
This ready-mixed cementitious grout is designed to flow completely around anchor bolts and under column base plates without shrinking as it cures — shrinkage is exactly what creates the voids that later let a bolted connection work loose. Being single-component, site prep is straightforward: add water, pour, and get a dense, high-strength fill that supports the load from day one. Typically specified to ASTM C1107 non-shrink grout requirements, mixed to a flowable consistency appropriate to the specific pour depth and confinement.
