Supplier Code of Conduct
NAD Toseeh Paydar sources from a network of manufacturers and suppliers across office furniture, HVAC, building materials, agriculture, and IT hardware. We expect the following standards from any company we work with.
Product accuracy
Suppliers are expected to provide accurate specifications, materials information, and (where applicable) test or compliance documentation for the products they supply to NAD, and to inform us promptly of any material change to a product's specification.
Fair labor practices
We expect suppliers to comply with applicable labor laws in their country of operation, including those covering working hours, wages, and workplace safety.
Environmental responsibility
Suppliers are expected to manage waste, packaging materials, and chemical usage (particularly relevant to our building materials and HVAC divisions) in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.
Anti-corruption
NAD does not tolerate bribery or corrupt practices in any part of our supply chain and expects the same standard from our suppliers in their dealings with us and with their own supply partners.
Quality and traceability
Where a supplier's product is used in an order for NAD, the supplier should be able to trace that product back to its production batch or lot if a quality issue arises.
Ongoing relationship
NAD reviews supplier relationships periodically and reserves the right to discontinue working with a supplier who does not meet these standards.
