Facade Waterproof Coating
Breathable protective coating for exposed building facades.
Applied to a building's exterior, this coating keeps rain, humidity and sun exposure from working their way into the facade material while still letting the wall breathe — meaning trapped internal moisture can escape rather than causing damage from the inside out. It's a straightforward way to protect a facade's appearance and structure at the same time, cutting the repair and repainting cycle that exposed facades otherwise need. Applied by roller or spray in multiple coats over a prepared, clean substrate, with recoat timing dependent on ambient temperature and humidity.
