B2B Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to commercial orders placed with NAD Toseeh Paydar following a confirmed quotation. They supplement, rather than replace, the specific terms agreed in writing for each order.
Quotations
Quotations issued by NAD are valid for the period stated on the quotation document. Prices are subject to change after this period due to material cost, currency exchange rate, or supplier pricing changes.
Order confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once both parties have agreed on specification, quantity, price, delivery terms, and payment terms in writing, and any required advance payment has been received.
Payment terms
Standard payment terms are discussed and confirmed per order. Common terms include bank transfer and Letter of Credit (LC), typically settled in AED, USD, or EUR. [NAD TO CONFIRM: standard deposit percentage and any minimum order value per product category.]
Delivery and Incoterms
Delivery terms (Incoterm) are agreed per order and stated on the commercial invoice. Lead times communicated during the quotation stage are estimates based on supplier and logistics conditions at the time of quotation and are confirmed at order stage.
Inspection
Where pre-shipment inspection is agreed as part of an order, NAD will coordinate this and share the inspection outcome with the buyer before shipment proceeds.
Force majeure
NAD is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruptions, or government action affecting import/export.
Dispute resolution
[NAD TO CONFIRM: preferred dispute resolution mechanism and jurisdiction, e.g. arbitration body or courts.]
Contact
