B2B Sourcing
Finding and verifying the right manufacturer or supplier for a specific technical requirement, rather than offering a fixed catalog and hoping it fits.
Sourcing at NAD starts with the actual requirement, not a product list: a chair specification, a cooling load, a fruit grade and volume, or a server build. We work from confirmed manufacturing relationships — including our position as Rezco's sales partner for office and commercial seating — and match a project's real technical and volume requirements to a supplier who can actually deliver them, rather than substituting a close alternative because it's already in stock. Where a requirement falls outside an existing relationship, we identify and verify a supplier against the same standard before it's proposed to a client. This is the first step in every RFQ we handle: share the requirement, and sourcing determines what's genuinely possible before a quote is ever prepared.
