Rezco Cinema & Amphitheater Seating Series Explained: HELIA, DORSA, AIDA, PARSA and SEPEHR
When you need seating for a hall, the model list gets long fast: dozens of models with numbers like R-2025 or R-1600. The catalogue of the Rezco industrial group groups its models into series to make the choice easier. NAD is a Rezco sales partner, and this article, based on that catalogue, explains which hall each series suits. If you have not yet decided on the general type of seat, read our guide to choosing cinema and amphitheater seating first.
The series at a glance
The catalogue describes the series like this: HELIA is a modern cinema and amphitheater range, DORSA covers cinema, amphitheater and conference halls, AIDA is an amphitheater and conference-hall range, PARSA is a modern cinema range and SEPEHR is a cinema range. MAHAN is for training-hall and stackable seating. These are the manufacturer's own groupings, not limits; each model can be adjusted in colour and upholstery with you.
HELIA: modern cinema, as seen at Charsou
ARC belongs to this series and appears in the Charsou Cinema Complex. According to the catalogue it has an ergonomic form with an optional high backrest, shared or individual armrests, double stitching with no finger traps and a strong tip-up mechanism, and it can be mounted on the floor, a beam or a riser; curved (radial) layouts are shown too. If your hall is curved, start here. MILANO R-975 is in the same family.
DORSA: the widest range
This series covers cinemas as well as amphitheaters and conference halls. Examples are R-2025, with a high padded back, two cup holders and a tip-up seat on a steel base, and R-2060. If you have a multi-purpose hall used for films and for conferences, DORSA models are sensible ones to compare. Nine models of this series are listed on the NAD site.
AIDA: a formal look for conferences and amphitheaters
R-1600M is an example: a perforated light-wood front panel, wood armrests and blue fabric in the catalogue. The formal wood look suits conference halls and amphitheaters in universities, hospitals and organisations. R-1600 VIP is the version for special rows.
PARSA and SEPEHR: classic cinema seating
PARSA includes R-2080, with a black back shell and a large cup holder in the armrest, and its companion R-2081. SEPEHR includes R-800, with red upholstery and black armrests, and its siblings R-801 and R-802. Both series have a simple, familiar cinema structure and suit complexes with many seats where uniformity across the hall matters.
These series in real halls
Halls fitted with Rezco seating include the Charsou, Koroush and Shahr Aftab (Shiraz) cinema complexes, the Milad Tower VIP cinema, the Sureint Hotel amphitheater in Qeshm, the Ministry of Interior hall and the Shahid Rajaei Heart Hospital amphitheater. See them all with photos on the example halls page. These are Rezco projects and NAD is the sales partner; for a project reference or a sample visit, ask through the quote form.
How to pick between series
- New cinema with many rows: PARSA, SEPEHR or HELIA.
- Curved hall: HELIA (ARC).
- Multi-purpose cinema and conference hall: DORSA.
- Formal wood-look conference hall or amphitheater: AIDA.
- Special rows: VIP seating and the recliner guide.
This is a guide, not a rule. Look at fabric samples under the hall's own lighting and agree the layout drawing before production. The specification checklist is in this article.
Ordering from NAD
There is no minimum order, and delivery time is confirmed from the size and quantity of the order. State the number of seats, the row layout, the city and the colour or fabric you want in the quote form. All models are on the cinema and amphitheater seating page.
Summary
The Rezco series are a map: HELIA, PARSA and SEPEHR for cinemas, DORSA for multi-purpose halls and AIDA for formal conference halls. After choosing a series, finalise the exact model with fabric samples, the layout and the needs of the hall.
