Flexible Bituminous Waterproofing
Elastic membrane coating for rooftops and wet-area slabs.
This bituminous waterproofing coating dries into an elastic film rather than a rigid one, so it keeps working as the structure below it moves slightly with temperature and load — the same reason ordinary rigid coatings crack and fail on rooftops over time. Applied cold in layers with a brush or roller, it's a practical choice for roof terraces, water tanks and wet-area slabs before tiling. Applied cold in 2-3 layers with overlapping joints, typically finished with a protective top layer where the surface will see foot traffic or direct sun exposure.
