Hot-Applied Joint Sealant

Hot-Applied Joint Sealant

Flexible sealant for pavement and expansion joints.

Melted and poured hot into pavement joints, this sealant bonds strongly to both asphalt and concrete and stays flexible as the joint expands and contracts with temperature — exactly the movement that causes cold-applied sealants to crack and let water in. It's the same product used to reseal runway and road joints, where sealant failure means water working its way under the pavement. Applied at controlled melting temperature per manufacturer specification, into a properly prepared and primed joint for full adhesion.
