Epoxy Floor Primer & Topcoat
High-gloss, chemical-resistant epoxy flooring system.
This epoxy flooring system starts with a primer that bonds tightly to raw concrete, followed by a self-levelling topcoat that turns a bare warehouse slab into a seamless, high-gloss surface resistant to oil, chemical spills and constant forklift traffic. Beyond looks, sealing the concrete this way stops it from dusting over time — one of the more common complaints with untreated industrial floors. Full cure time before heavy traffic is typically several days depending on ambient temperature, with the primer coat requiring full cure before the topcoat is applied.
