Our cherries are hand-picked with stems intact to extend shelf life, then rapidly pre-cooled to preserve firmness, colour and natural sugars. Its shelf life makes standard sea/container freight a viable option for regional and cross-border export, provided cold-chain conditions are maintained throughout transit.
