Buying R410A equipment today because it's familiar or slightly cheaper upfront may mean facing rising servicing costs and eventual sourcing difficulty well before the equipment reaches the end of its mechanical life. Conversely, moving early to A2L-compatible equipment means confirming your installer and maintenance team are current on the updated safety handling requirements.
